The Rigert Elite Parent Portal is now live!
To sign in and start using it you must go to this link:
You will be asked to put in your email address that we have on file for you and then click on the “forgot your password or need to get started” button that is in blue. You will enter your email address and they will send you a temporary password for you to use for the first time you log in.
Once logged in, it will ask for you to agree to all of our policies and procedures. After that, please view all your child’s and family’s information for accuracy. Check phone numbers, classes enrolled in, dates of birth, etc.
With the new system, you are required to input payment information in order for your student to stay enrolled in our program. Tuition each month will automatically run on the 5th. You may still choose to pay with a different form of payment before the 5th; however, if there is a tuition balance due on the 5th, it will be charged to your card on file in order to keep your student enrolled for that month. If you have already paid tuition for that month, nothing will charge to your card on the 5th.
