Rigert Elite Gymnastics is hiring an experienced, positive, and athlete-centered coach to join our competitive team staff. Our greatest current needs are in upper-level Xcel and Optional team coaching, with opportunities in lower level xcel and DP teams as well. We currently have about 100 competitive team athletes in total.
We are looking for a coach with strong knowledge of athlete development, skill progressions, shaping, basics, and safe spotting. This position is ideal for someone who values strong fundamentals, positive team culture, and building strong relationships with athletes, families, and fellow staff.
Responsibilities may include:
- Coaching assigned competitive team groups
- Supporting athlete development through strong basics, shaping, and skill progressions
- Helping athletes prepare for routines, competitions, and long-term success in the sport
- Maintaining a positive, disciplined, and encouraging training environment
- Communicating professionally with athletes, families, and fellow staff
- Assisting with additional team groups as needed based on experience and availability
Qualifications:
- Previous gymnastics coaching experience required
- Experience coaching Xcel and/or Optional levels preferred
- Strong knowledge of gymnastics skill progressions and safe coaching practices
- Ability to safely spot athletes appropriate to assigned training groups
- Positive, dependable, and professional
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Schedule:
Evening and some weekend availability will be needed. Hours will depend on experience, availability, and overall fit for the role.
Compensation:
Competitive pay based on experience, coaching background, levels coached, and overall fit. Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available, and salary positions may be available for qualified candidates. Team coaches also receive competition uniforms and paid travel when attending competitions.
Rigert Elite Gymnastics is hiring positive, dependable coaches to work with our beginner and recreational gymnastics athletes. This role may include coaching preschool and school-age classes and is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with children, teaching foundational skills, and creating a fun, encouraging environment.
We are looking for coaches who are energetic, professional, and excited to help young athletes build confidence, coordination, strength, and basic gymnastics technique. This position can be a great fit for someone with gymnastics, cheer, tumbling, dance, teaching, preschool, or other youth leadership experience.
Responsibilities may include:
- Coaching preschool and school-age recreational gymnastics classes
- Teaching foundational gymnastics skills in a safe, positive, and encouraging way
- Keeping classes active, organized, and engaging
- Helping children build confidence, coordination, strength, and body awareness
- Communicating professionally with parents and fellow staff
- Assisting with camps, open gyms, birthday parties, or other programs as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children preferred
- Gymnastics, cheer, tumbling, dance, teaching, preschool, or related background is a plus
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn and grow as a coach
- Ability to manage groups of children in a fun and structured environment
Schedule:
Part-time afternoon, evening, and some weekend hours available. Additional hours may be available for candidates who are open to helping in multiple areas of the gym.
Pay Range:

Rigert Elite Gymnastics is hiring a friendly, organized, and dependable team member to join our front office staff. This position plays an important role in helping our gym run smoothly by supporting families, answering questions, assisting with enrollment, and helping create a welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates well, and can stay organized in a fast-paced environment. This role is a great fit for someone with customer service, front desk, reception, administrative, or other family-facing experience.
Responsibilities may include:
- Greeting families and providing friendly, professional customer service
- Answering phones, emails, and questions from current and prospective families
- Assisting with class enrollments, trial registrations, and account questions
- Helping maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area
- Supporting daily office systems and administrative tasks
- Communicating clearly and professionally with families and staff
- Assisting with events, open gyms, birthday parties, or other gym operations as needed
Qualifications:
- Customer service, front desk, or office experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Friendly, dependable, and professional
- Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
- Able to learn scheduling and registration systems
- Experience in a youth, sports, or family-centered environment is a plus
- This role requires willingness to also train and step into other roles and positions as well such as Event Hosting and Coaching
Schedule:
Part-time afternoon, evening, and weekend hours available. For the right candidate, there may be opportunities to help in multiple areas of the gym for a more expanded schedule.
