We are walking in the SummerFest Troutdale Parade this Saturday, and all members are encouraged to walk with us!
The SummerFest Troutdale parade is this Saturday the 20th at 11:00 on the Historic Columbia Hwy (downtown Troutdale). I would like to have as many gymnasts there as possible. We will be just walking and doing basic gymnastics skills. You will need to be there by 10:00 a.m. and meet at the new police station parking lot. Then we will head to our designated line up. You can ask officials at the parade what our number for line up is. Or look for the green and black!!! Hahaha. Girls Team, please wear green and black warm-up leo with black shorts. Boys Team, please wear their black armor shirts with shorts as close to our colors as possible. Non-team members, please wear our colors if you have them, but if not, that’s okay too! Also wear shoes and socks and gloves if you like. Make sure to wear sunscreen if needed and bring water. The parade ends at Glenn Otto park by the river so we will wait with the kids until you can pick them up after the entire parade is over because they wont open the road up until then. Parade takes about 1 hour from the time they start.
